During sales period, the delivery process may take longer than our usual delivery time. We are working hard to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

- Orders will not be processed during weekends nor during public holidays (Malaysia/Singapore).

- Deliveries will not be carried out during weekends nor during public holidays (Singapore/Malaysia/Selangor)

- Click & Collect: Kindly present the delivery code sent to your email upon collection. The code will be sent to you once the order has been delivered to the store.

1. For order(s) with value above SGD400, the Singapore Government will impose a GST fee. Please refer here: https://www.customs.gov.sg/businesses/importing-goods/import-procedures/importing-by-post-or-courier-service/

2. This fee is borne by the customer.

3. Our delivery partner Teleport, will send a notification via email to the customer regarding the GST fees.

4. Payment to be made by the customer directly to Teleport.

5. Rest assure, our customer care will contact the customer as well regarding the GST fees.

6. Shipping fee and GST fee are non-refundable.

Measure from the end of one shoulder to the end of the other. This measurement should be equal to the desired width of the jacket’s shoulders.

Chest

Measure horizontally around the chest roughly at nipple level, under the armpits, and over your shoulder blades.

Sleeve

Measure from where the seams on the shoulder meet to where you want the sleeve to end.

Back Length

Put the first end of the measuring tape at the base of the back of your neck and measure down your back to the point where you’d want the jacket to be.

Waist

Measure horizontally around your waist, just inside where you like to wear the top of your trousers.

Inseam

Measure from the lowest part of the crotch of your trousers, keeping the measure taut, down to where you wish the bottom of the trousers to end.
