Returns and Refunds

If you do not like any of the items purchased, we offer the possibility of returning them.

At Sacoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. Please review our return and exchange policy below to understand how we can assist you with any issues related to your purchase.

For the moment, all returns (in-store or via courier) are free for one time. Please refer to the details below.

1) Return at The Store

- It has 30 days after receiving the order to return.
- Only items that have not been used or washed, and that still have the original label, are accepted.
- The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or contact associated with the Sacoor profile where the purchase is registered.
- Returns can be made free in a Sacoor Brothers store, with the following exceptions:
• Sacoor Blue/Sacoor Blue Outlet
• Sacoor One/Sacoor One Outlet
- In the case of a return in store, it is not necessary to fill out the return form.
- In store, you must go to an employee and request the return of the items
- Online purchase with payment made in the store is required to return and refund at the origin store
- The return method used for in-store returns is bank transfer, which may take up to 15 working days to complete. Kindly provide your banking details for the refund purposes.

2) Online Return

- If there is no Sacoor Brothers store near you, you can request the return of the item from the website.
- You must fill out the return form (see below how to fill it out) before sending the order.
- Sacoor does not offer free collections *, shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the Customer. We advise all customers to return products via a recordable or tracked means as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
- You must ensure that the Return Slip is located inside the packaging. This is intended to identify the order, and cannot be used as a return AWB.
- For Singapore customers that wish to return, please note that items valued above SGD150/RM500, GST will be imposed to you. Kindly inquire with your courier regarding the import tax from Singapore to Malaysia.
- To ensure a smooth return process, please note that the goods remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Proper and secure packing is essential to avoid any damage, as all returned goods will undergo inspection. Although we aim to accept all returns, items received in an unsuitable condition may be sent back to you at your cost or disposed of. We cannot be held responsible for items incorrectly returned to us. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

Self-return to this address is prohibited.

We understand that arranging a return can sometimes be tricky. If you’re unable to manage it on your own, don’t worry — our Customer Care team will be glad to assist you with a hassle-free return. A small shipping fee will apply: RM10 for West Malaysia, RM20 for East Malaysia, and SGD15 for Singapore. Rest assured, we’ll make sure your return is handled smoothly.

*Platinum customers have free collections; you must respond to the return confirmation email indicating the date on which you are available for collection.
Our return and exchange policy stipulates that merchandise must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges submitted beyond this period. Furthermore, a refund may be denied if the merchandise does not adhere to our stated return policy guidelines. In such instances, the merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified and required to remit shipping and all associated return charges within fourteen (14) days of such notification. Failure to comply within this timeframe will result in the merchandise being deemed abandoned, allowing us to dispose of or manage it as we deem appropriate, without further liability or reference to you.

3) How to fill out the return form

a) COMPLETE THE ONLINE RETURN FORM

- Access Sacoorbrothers.com and Login.
- Select the “my account” option in the top right corner of the website and click on orders.
- Below you will have the return option.
- Choose the item(s) you want to return and select the reason for the return.
- If you made the purchase as a visitor, you could access the order through the “view order details” button present in the order confirmation email.

b) PUT THE ITEM IN THE BOX
- Use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged.
- Close the box and seal it with tape.
- Ensure that the box does not contain any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments.
- On the Return Slip provided, you can find the address where the items must be returned
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.
- You must ensure that the Return Slip is inside the packaging.
- This slip only serves as a method of identifying the order and cannot be used as shipping AWB.

c) REFUND
- After receiving and analysing the product, we will send you a return notice by email, confirming receipt of the order.
- The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- For return with amount above RM1,000.00/SGD300.00, the refund methos will be via wired bank transfer (Giro), we will contact you to obtain your banking details for the purpose of refund and being completed within a maximum period of 15 working days after the request.
- Returns made at a Sacoor Brothers store will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days after the request, via bank transfer (Giro).
- The amount paid for shipping is non-refundable.

4) EXCHANGE VIA ONLINE

Please refer to the following points for our online exchange policy:
• Exchanges are accepted for online purchases.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange. The mandatory shipping fees are: RM10 for West Malaysia, RM20 for East Malaysia, and SGD15 for Singapore.
• All exchange requests must be submitted through our website's return portal within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.
