Step-by-Step Online Returns
Returning items online is a simple process:
Log in to your account.
1-Click your name in the top right corner.
2-Select the order and click "View Order."
3-Click "Return" at the bottom right.
4-Choose items, enter details, and hit "Submit."
Preparing Your Returns
Follow these steps when preparing your returns
1-Place items in the original box or bag and securely seal it.
2-Ensure no previous labels or adhesives on the packaging.
3-Include the returns label from the printed invoice inside the box.
Collection Process
After initiating your return, we'll schedule a courier pickup from your designated address. Please ensure the package is ready at the agreed time.
Smooth Refund Procedure
- Receive an email confirmation upon return receipt.
- Allow 6-8 days for the product to reach our warehouse.
- Warehouse processing takes up to three business days.
- Expect an additional 2-4 business days for the refund amount to appear on your original payment card.
Eligibility Criteria
Some items like swimwear and socks are non-returnable. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging. Footwear, eyewear, and bags must be returned with the original packaging and intact tags.
Order Modifications
Once confirmed, order modifications aren't possible.
For size changes:
Cancel the order and place a new one.
Receive the order, try the item, and return it for the correct size.

In-Store Return (MY Only)
1) Return Time Frame
For online purchases, the return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of order received. Please ensure that the return request is made within this time frame to avoid rejection.
2)Return Locations
You can return your online purchase at any of our designated locations:
Sacoor Brothers Boutiques: For returns of items from our new collection.
Sacoor Outlet Stores: For returns of special deals items.
We aim to make the return process as convenient as possible for you. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our customer care team.
3) Return at Sacoor One or Sacoor Blue
Returns for online purchases are not accepted at Sacoor BLUE or Sacoor ONE stores. Please visit our designated Sacoor Brothers boutiques or Sacoor Outlet stores for returns. Thank you for your understanding.
4) Type of Refund for Returns
For this return, the refund will be processed via Wired Bank Transfer. To ensure a seamless refund experience, please provide the team in the store with the following banking details:
- Bank Name
- Bank Account Number
- Name as per Bank Account

5) Refund Policy for Shipping Fees
Shipping fees applied to orders in MY (Malaysia) and SG (Singapore) are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
6) Reasons for Return/Refund Rejection
If your return or refund request has been rejected, it may be due to the garments not meeting our return criteria. You will be informed of the rejection after the inspection has been conducted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
7) Returning Items at Malaysian Stores (For Singapore-based Customers)
For Singapore-based orders, please return your product via post by submitting the return form. Our Customer Care team will guide you through the return process. Regrettably, returns at Malaysian stores are not facilitated. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team.
8) Refund Processing Time
The refund will be credited to your bank account within 15 working days, based on the bank calendar.
Return via Post/Courier (MY & SG)
1) Return Time Frame
For online purchases, the return submission date must not exceed 30 days from the date of order received. Failure to adhere to this time frame may result in the rejection of your return request. We appreciate your attention to this matter.
2) Submitting Your Return via Courier
To submit your return via courier, please follow these steps:
i. Login to Your Online Account: Access your online account using your credentials. Customers that checked-out as Guest can access to the return page by create a login using the same email used as per last order.
ii. Open Your Profile: Navigate to your profile section.
iii. Select the Order to Return: Click on the order you wish to return from your order history.
iv. Fill in the Details: Fill in the required details for the return, including reasons for return and any other necessary information.
v. Submit the Return: Once you've completed the form, submit the return request.
vi. Await Contact from Customer Care: Our Customer Care team will contact you via email to provide further instructions on the return process.
3) Return Processing Steps
Here's how the return process unfolds:
i. Items Collected by Shipping Partner: Your returned items will be collected from you by our trusted shipping partner.
ii. Delivery to Warehouse: The collected items will then be delivered to our warehouse facility.
iii. Physical Inspection: Our warehouse team will conduct a thorough physical inspection of the returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria.
iv. Refund Submission: If the inspection passes the criteria, a refund will be submitted in our system, initiating the refund process.
We aim to make the return process as seamless as possible for you.
4) Type of Refund for Returns
For this return, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method used for the purchase. We strive to make the refund process as straightforward as possible for your convenience.

EXCHANGE
Return & Exchange Time Frame
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To facilitate this, we offer the following return and exchange time frames:
Standard Purchases: You can return or exchange items within 30 days from the date you receive your parcel if delivered to your home, or from the date you collect your order if using our Click & Collect service.
Black Friday Sale: For items purchased during our Black Friday Sale, returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date you receive your parcel for online orders.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
To maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction, certain items are not eligible for exchange. These include:
Innerwear & Packaged Items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear and packaged items cannot be exchanged.
Used Items: Items that have been used or worn are not eligible for exchange.
Washed Items: Items that have been washed or altered are ineligible for exchange.
Altered Items: Any items that have been altered from their original state cannot be exchanged.
Non-Factory Faulty Damage: Products damaged through reasons other than manufacturing faults are not eligible for exchange.
Items Without Tag/Label: To facilitate the exchange process, items must be returned with their original tags and labels intact.
Items Over 30 Days from Parcel Delivery (Online): For online orders, items beyond 30 days from the parcel delivery date are not eligible for exchange.
Normal Wear and Tear: Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty and cannot be exchanged.
